A small subscription with a clearly bounded first three months.
These terms explain the offer, billing, cancellation, scope, and data boundary before a client opens Stripe Checkout.01Offer and billing
- US$99 per month, with a minimum commitment of three billing cycles (US$297 total).
- The subscription renews monthly after the third billing cycle until cancelled.
- Any applicable taxes are shown separately at Checkout; Bowerling does not represent the listed price as tax-inclusive.
02Included scope
- One method, one audience, one primary language, one CTA, and one live interactive tool.
- Up to 100 completed results per month and one consolidated revision are included.
- The client supplies source material, confirms the method and claims, and promotes the tool twice during the first 30 days.
03Cancellation and refunds
- After the third billing cycle, the client may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- A cancellation request during the first three billing cycles is reviewed by Tobie and does not automatically remove the agreed minimum commitment.
- A paid period that has started is generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or a failure by Bowerling to provide the service are reviewed and corrected manually.
04Boundaries and data
- Bowerling does not guarantee leads, sales, or a particular business result.
- Additional tools, audiences, languages, or revisions are separate work unless agreed in writing.
- The client keeps ownership of its original materials and method. Bowerling keeps its shared platform, runtime, and reusable operating system.
- Respondent data is handled under the current privacy notice. Hosted lead data is retained on a rolling 90-day basis and can be exported from the client portal.
