Plain-language data guide

What this demo saves, and what it does not.

The public demo and a paid client pilot handle data differently. Here is the plain-language version before you enter anything.
Public demo

This demo does not save your information

  • Your three answers and email are processed only long enough to show the result on screen.
  • The demo does not create a lead record or send an email.
  • External AI and lead handoff stay off in this public version.
  • Optional marketing consent remains separate from access to the result.
Client-specific live pilot

A paid client pilot can save approved data

  • A live pilot may store the email, three inputs, result, consent state, and a small set of funnel events in a client-specific database.
  • The default retention period is 90 days. A deletion request is completed within seven business days.
  • The client receives a final export before the tool is disabled. The hosted database is deleted 30 days after service ends.
  • A connected email platform receives only the fields approved for that client. Email addresses are not sent to an AI model.
AI boundary

AI stays off unless the client approves it

A client pilot uses external AI only after the client approves it and safeguards are configured. The approved Method Blueprint controls the task. A rules-based result remains available when AI is off or unavailable.

Your choices

You can ask to see or delete your data

For a live pilot, the client is responsible for its subscriber relationship and Bowerling manages the tool. Respondents can request access or deletion through the contact shown on that tool. The public demo has no saved respondent record to retrieve.
